I need a single room in a nice environment to rent, Accra – 21

I’m reaching out on behalf of a friend who is urgently looking for accommodation within Accra. The preference is for a spacious single room apartment or a nice chamber and hall self-contained unit located in a very serene, clean, and secure neighborhood.

The place should ideally be in a gated compound with ample parking space and a reliable supply of running water throughout the day. It’s also important that the apartment has a private washroom and access to stable electricity—preferably with prepaid meters or reasonable arrangements.

A peaceful environment with good access roads and proximity to essential amenities such as shops, transport routes, and security presence would be a huge plus.

Preferred locations: Dzorwulu, airport , labadi, labone, Adjiringanor, Spintex, Cantonments, East Legon, or Tsado and it's environments.
Other locations could be considered as well
Budget range: ₵500 – ₵800 monthly, depending on the condition and facilities available.
