Online Digital Sales & Affiliate Marketing Trainee, Accra

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our digital marketing team as Affiliate Sales Operators. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling high-demand digital educational products, including online professional courses, tech skill masterclasses, and digital ebooks.
​Please Note: This is a 100% performance-based, commission-only independent role. There is no fixed base salary. You will earn a direct commission of 50% or more on every successful sale you generate.
​What you will be doing:
​Accessing our online digital marketplace to select high-converting educational products.
​Utilizing your smartphone or tablet to post descriptions and strategic content on social media platforms (TikTok, WhatsApp, Instagram).
​Answering inquiries from interested buyers and providing them with your unique product purchase links.
​Tracking your sales through your personal online dashboard.
​Requirements:
​Must own an Android smartphone, tablet, or laptop with reliable internet access.
​Basic understanding of social media platforms.
​Willingness to go through the initial digital product training to learn effective online sales strategies.
​Strong communication skills and a self-driven attitude.
​No physical inventory management or shipping is required. All digital products are automatically delivered to the consumer upon purchase, and commissions are credited to your account instantly for weekly withdrawal.
